Description
– The golden plates are made of sturdy 10 oz vegetable-tanned leather (almost 5 mm thick), hand-carved and then hardened to hold the shape that you see. This is armor-weight leather, it could be used as actual protective gear and it will last a very long time.
– The leather is dyed with a waterproof black under-coat, and gilded with a high-quality acrylic that is durable, flexible, and waterproof. There is no need to worry about any color rubbing off on skin or clothing, and in the event of a spill, it is easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
– The pauldron is 15″ long from top to bottom, and 11″ wide over the shoulder.
– The straps and belt are custom-fit; to expedite your order, please include the measurements specified above in the buyer’s note at the time of purchase.
